The higgihaus@cabotmews (#32) is a light, bright, stylish and beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment in a secure gated mews in a fantastic central location in the heart of Bristol’s Old Market. Comprising two double bedrooms, a cracking bathroom (with bath), a lovely light and airy sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony accessible from the sitting room, the apartment is a mere stone's throw from Bristol’s vibrant City Centre. Of the four apartments we make available in the building for short-term guests, this one is the largest and boasts a large dining table in the living area.
There are a bunch of independent cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, with great shopping at Cabot Circus and a fantastic green space at Castle Park: Arts & entertainment venues and the harbourside, are all within a few minutes’ walk.
The higgihaus@cabotmews (#32) is perfect for one or two couples visiting the city for an event or just looking for a comfortable and stylish apartment to get together and hang out. With discounted rates for extended stays, it would be perfect for two or three business guests needing a base in the city for a month or more too.
Guest access
The gated mews and the front door to the apartment are operated by way of smartlock; you will be given the entry codes 24 hours prior to check-in. Video cameras are provided front and rear for your comfort and safety.

The higgihaus@cabotmews (#32) is a self-contained apartment for your exclusive use during your stay in our awesome city. There is no need for you to interact with us, but should you need anything, we'd be delighted to help. #teamhiggi are a friendly bunch who love Bristol, and it is worth noting that Luke (who was born in Bristol) knows it like the back of his hand (well, the best bits anyway), and he eats out a lot. Luke is thus a veritable goldmine of places to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars worth a visit and how to get about. We'll provide contact numbers before check-in (feel free to call and say hi).
Getting around
Parking
The higgihaus@cabotmews (#32) is located on a quiet gated mews with a pedestrian entrance on Old Market Street and another at the rear on Redcross Street. The Mews is right in the heart of the City, and as such, should you elect to travel by car, you would be advised to make arrangements in advance. Although there is meter parking outside the rear entrance to the Mews as an alternative, Just Park (you can find them online) has several nearby residents’ driveways that can be rented for the weekend. Beyond that, the Cabot Circus shopping centre car park is open 24 hours and a short walk from the apartments, whilst the Gardiner Haskins car park is approximately a 3-minute walk away. The nearest NCP car park is Bristol St James Barton, which is about a 5-minute walk and provides secure and overnight parking at a reasonable cost and can be booked in advance.
