The space
The higgihaus@hampton (#56a) is a beautifully appointed and achingly stylish two-bedroom apartment located in a conservation area in one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Comprising two generous double bedrooms, a cracking bathroom, a lovely light and airy sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is a mere stone's throw from Cotham Hill and the Whiteladies Road, both chock full of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, leisure facilities (including a cinema and gym) and all the transport options you’ll likely need when staying in our awesome city (including the train at Clifton Down). The Downs (400 acres of amazing parkland) is a hop, skip, and a jump away in one direction, and the city centre is a short walk in the other. Clifton Village, the Gloucester Road, Stokes Croft and the Harbourside are all easily reached on foot. The BBC, Bristol Royal Infirmary and Bristol University are all nearby.
The higgihaus@hampton (#56a) is perfect for one or two couples visiting the city for an event or just looking for a comfortable and stylish apartment to get together and hang out. With discounted rates for extended stays, it would be perfect for business guests needing a base in the city for a month or more too. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is not suitable for children, is for a maximum of four adults, and we’re unable to accommodate pets. It is probably also worth pointing out that although this is a brand new refurbishment, the apartment is one of five in a lovely old early Victorian building. As such, you'll likely hear the creak of the odd floorboard or the sound of footfall on the stairs.
Guest access
The front door to the apartment is operated by way of smartlock; you will be given the entry code 24 hours prior to check-in. Video cameras are provided front and rear for your comfort and safety.
Guest interaction
The higgihaus@hampton (#56a) is a self-contained apartment for your exclusive use during your stay in our awesome city. There is no need for you to interact with us, but should you need anything, we'd be delighted to help. #teamhiggi are a friendly bunch who love Bristol, and it is worth noting that Luke (who was born in Bristol) knows it like the back of his hand (well, the best bits anyway), and he eats out a lot. Luke is thus a veritable goldmine of places to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars worth a visit and how to get about. We'll provide contact numbers ahead of check-in (feel free to call and say hi).
